According to the legislation in force, you have the right to return the products ordered from our store within 14 calendar days, if the products in question were ordered by you, as a natural person.
Important: All the expenses related to the return will be borne by you and the reimbursement of the value of the product/s will be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. The reimbursement will be made only to the bank account specified by you.
- At Cusut-surfilat.ro you can return any product, within the previously stipulated term, if it meets the following conditions:
- If it shows no signs of use or is not damaged, the product can be returned;
- In the case of reusable face masks, the product will only be returned if the packaging has not been opened;
- Products that benefited from discounts cannot be returned;
- Together with the product, all accompanying documents will be returned as they were sent by Cusut-surfilat.ro
To return products:
- You can notify us by email at office@aeol.ro , specifying the order number for which you wish to make the return.
- You will be notified by e-mail, when we receive the returned products, and after verifying their conditions, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of the reimbursement of the value of the returned products.
- Courier shipping costs will not be refunded.
