Upon delivery, the products will be accompanied by the following documents:
- The original invoice
- The warranty certificate
Payment confirmation documents will be issued by the fast courier company that makes the delivery.
Accepted payment methods
- Cash on delivery payment: It is made upon delivery to the agent of the courier company.
- Bank Transfer: It is done at the end of the order through the website. You will receive the necessary bank details, as well as an email address to send us the payment confirmation.
Changing orders
The modification of an order is made on the same day as the order is placed, by e-mail. Our operators will cancel your initial order and thus you will be able to launch a new order.

All prices displayed on the Cusut-surfilat.ro website include 19% VAT!
